- Consultation and Medical Assessment
1.1 Initial Consultation: Before any cosmetic surgery procedure, you will be required to attend an initial consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. During this consultation, we will assess your suitability for the procedure, discuss your expectations, and explain the potential risks, benefits, and outcomes.
1.2 Medical History: You must provide accurate and complete information regarding your medical history, current medications, and any known allergies. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect your safety and the outcome of the procedure.
1.3 Informed Consent: You will be required to sign an informed consent form prior to undergoing any cosmetic procedure. This form will outline the details of the procedure, including potential risks, side effects, and the expected outcome. By signing this form, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.
- Fees and Payment
2.1 Pricing: The cost of your cosmetic surgery will be provided to you in writing following your initial consultation. This price includes the surgeon’s fees, anesthetist’s fees (if applicable), facility fees, and any required aftercare.
2.2 Payment Terms: A deposit is required to secure your surgery date. The balance of the payment must be made in full before the surgery takes place. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed in your payment plan.
2.3 Refunds and Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your surgery, you may be entitled to a partial refund of the fees paid, subject to our cancellation policy. Any refund will be processed according to the timeline and conditions outlined in your payment plan.
2.4 Additional Costs: If unforeseen circumstances require additional procedures, treatments, or extended aftercare, these may incur additional costs. These costs will be discussed with you as soon as possible.
- Risks and Complications
3.1 Acknowledgement of Risks: Cosmetic surgery carries inherent risks, including but not limited to infection, scarring, dissatisfaction with the results, and complications requiring further surgery. By agreeing to proceed with the surgery, you acknowledge these risks.
3.2 No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to achieve the desired outcome, we cannot guarantee specific results. The success of the procedure depends on various factors, including individual healing processes, and patient compliance with post-operative instructions.
3.3 Post-Operative Care: You will be provided with detailed aftercare instructions following your surgery. It is essential that you follow these instructions carefully to minimize the risk of complications and ensure the best possible outcome.
- Right to Refuse Treatment
4.1 Discretion to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse to perform a procedure if, in our professional opinion, the surgery is not in your best interest, if we believe it could pose a significant risk to your health, or if you have not followed pre-operative instructions.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection
5.1 Confidentiality: Your personal and medical information will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality. We will only share your information with those directly involved in your care, unless required by law.
